Our goal is to provide a service that makes booking your Indonesian holiday as painless and hassle free as possible.
We can meet you at the airport (where we can use a VIP Service to ensure a fast and hassle free custom clearance)and organize Villas or rooms so you can spend a couple of nights in Seminyak which is renowned for its shopping and restaurants. From here we can pick you up from your Hotel/Villa and transfer you to Lombok or 'The Gili Islands' via our own 24 Seat Fast Boat "Narooma" and have you relaxing at Beach House in your own Private pool Villa or bungalow within 2 hours

Flights: Merpati Airlines, Trigana Air, Air Indonesia and Garuda Airlines offer frequent flights between Bali and Lombok every day. Departures are from the domestic airport in Bali (next to Ngurah Rai International airport) and flight time between the islands is approximately 25 minutes followed by a 2 hour drive up the coast of lombok and finally a 10 minute boat ride to the island.

Fast Boat Transfers: We can arrange comfortable and convenient fast boat transfers from Serangan Harbour (Bali) direct to Gili Trawangan aboard our preferred fast boat operator Gili Getaway. This boat is fully equipped with state of the art safety features and makes the scenic crossing between Bali and Lombok in around 2 hours.

Cancellations & No Shows: 

We understand that travel plans change, however, to minimise inconvenience to other guests and avoid losses due to cancellations and no shows, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made 6 days or more in high season and 3 days or more in low season do not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival in high season or 2 days prior to arrival in low season will incur a one (1) night contracted room rate + 21% tax and service charge cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the cancelled stay and voluntary No Show and cancellations on the day will incur a cancellation fee of the full amount of the confirmed booking.
