We had the most beautiful ceremony to celebrate our wedding,
with friends who flew in from all around the world to celebrate with us. Not only was the ko-ko-mo team amazing, and everything ran so smoothly, but we were all totally wowed by the accommodation. We booked out the whole resort and their neighbouring sister properties and the different options were awe-inspiring!
We loved all the accommodation choices.
Spending 4 days with all our close family and friends in such an incredible hotel, before long we just felt at home, and no-one wanted to leave!
The wedding itself was pure magic! Our arch was done in the traditional style and we were on the lawn in front of the beach and beside the pool. Our photos say it all…My wife was brought to the ‘alter’ by a traditional boat, and she was delivered to the end of the jetty, and I watched her walk down the jetty aisle with her father. It’s around 200m and was the most beautiful wedding walk I’ve ever seen, lined with fairy lights.
All the entertainment that was organised was beautiful and details like guest names carved into stone, and the guest gifts were traditional and amazing. My wife’s mother said that the flower arrangements were amongst the best she’d seen in a wedding. After the service, we went by traditional boat to a deserted island together with a bottle of champagne and the photographer and have such beautiful photos and memories of that moment.
And the food… what can I say? It was perfect!
I highly recommend talking to the ko-k-mo crew for your wedding arrangements. And the island is a magical place to have a wedding!

"Wonderful place to stay on Gili T"
We had an amazing stay on Gili T at Kokomo. The villa with the pool was awesome!Great location on main boardwalk, quiet but close to everything. Also an easy walk around the south coast to the western sunset bars/restaurants.
The villa pool looked a little murky when we first got there, but they quickly cleaned it and it was great!

We had ha beautiful stay at the kokomo resort. This is literally the best place to stay in gili T. You can reach everything in walking distance! Surrounded by a viby area and the beach just around the corner. Its not just a beach, its a privat beach only for guests! Surfboards and paddleboards are available to rent for a small amount. The stuff here was AMAZING! So kind, warm-hearted, generous and professional. At all the airbng hat a swiss hygienic standard and it got cleaned dayli. The location belongs to a hotel so you can order food directly to your room! We would definitely come again if we had the opportunity! Thank you for being a wonderful host!Was this review helpful? We stayed here during our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! Check in was great, the room and private pool were amazing (clean, comfortable and perfect for relaxing on vacation) and they really made our honeymoon experience special. The food is top notch and the espresso martini's are the best in the world. Staff were all amazing as well! We stayed for 4 nites at Kokomo Resort and loved every minute of it. The staff & service were superb and staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived before normal check-in time, so the property offered to upgrade us to a 2 Bedroom Villa that was cleaned & ready. The additional living space and larger pool were a great treat. Enjoyed the daily breakfast thoroughly and ate several other meals "in-house", which is something we typically avoid when traveling, so that we can check out a more varied cuisine. But it was such a comfortable environment, so we opted to dine at Kokomo and enjoyed each of the meals. Really liked the location of the property as it was south of where most of the noise & bars were situated, so a very peaceful environment. And positioned perfectly to make a quick jaunt to west side of island to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Loved our time at Kokomo and wouldn't hesitate to book there again.Staff Food Location Villa Features
